At Blue Recruit, we provide our clients with a customised account management system. All our clients have different working environments and risks, so we feel it is impossible to provide one general induction.

Blue Recruit spends a lot of effort and time working closely with our clients to ensure the customised in-house inductions and sight inductions are being presented correctly and are providing the maximum impact.

Blue Recruit works with in the food and beverage industries. We believe there are great benefits to our clients by providing specialised labour on call 24 hours 7 days a week. To continue to deliver this service we are continually upgrading our training and induction procedures.

Blue Recruit recently investigated the HACCP induction processes on the market and after talking to many of the State food groups, we believe the NSW Food Industry Training Council produced the most thorough presentation. Blue Recruit is currently using this particular presentation and have found the feed back and response from our candidates to be very positive.

Blue Recruit provides our candidates and our clients 24 hour access to our Safety Officer who, if required, can be on site within 1 hour in the Brisbane area.

Blue Recruit strongly believes that our services must be flexible. Blue Recruit has the flexibility in its payroll department to run a payroll every working day of the week, so we can tailor our pay week to run in line with our clients pay week.

This extra service capability and the ability to individualise our invoices for each client has helped our clients manage their accounting procedures and accurately track labour costs.

Many of our clients operate multiple shifts, so at Blue Recruit we believe to be a true human resource provider and partner to our clients we must operate 24 hours, 7 days a week.

When you call Blue Recruit after hours you will speak to an account manager who knows and works with your business, not a machine or someone interstate.

Blue Recruit provides their clients with the option of rolling our employees over to our clients payroll after a period of 3 months for no extra fees or charges.

We have found the 3 month period has been very beneficial for our clients and candidates because it allows our clients and our candidates to make an accurate evaluation as to their long term future together.
